Miso Soup 味噌湯
以上兩樣都是需要額外收費的. 每樣大約在$1.50-$2.00左右, 沙拉裡的菜普通, 醬好吃. 味噌湯則是燙又好喝, 還有金針菇.

Tuna & Yellotail 一顆 $1.20, SeaUrchin 則是時價.
Natto Roll ($1.70) & Battera ($6.00)- (Oshi Sushi or Saba-Sushi w/ Mackerel)
Natto就是納豆, 朋友點的, 我吃一塊就想把它吐出來, 不適合我.
左右各兩邊的則是Battera. 也叫做Saba-Sushi 或 Oshi-Sushi. Oshi是push的意思, 它是用一種兩塊木頭製的工具壓出來的, 蠻好吃的.

我們兩個人叫了一份special, 叫一些單點分著吃. 東西覺得還可以, 食材的話又提醒了自己為什麼之前隔一大段時間沒有來, 因為總覺得魚不夠新鮮. 不過價錢倒是不貴, 這裡MENU供參考, 午餐和晚餐價錢 一樣.
