K.J的菜頭(蘿蔔)排骨湯

打完滷味那天, 又下雨又括風, 滷味還有剩, 就決定來煮一鍋熱湯.

It was very simple, 用一湯鍋把小排骨滾水燙過後, 冷水沖洗一下, 把川燙的水倒掉, 鍋子洗一下, 蘿蔔切塊, 把排骨都丟進去, 加水後大滾一下, 後轉中小火約30分就好了, 可以用高湯替水, 沒有的話加一些雞湯粉, 都沒有也沒關係, 排骨和蘿蔔熬出來就很甜了.
I will also get 虱目魚丸from Ranch Market, it's very good, I add them to my shabu shabu or all kind of soups.

煮好的湯灑上香菜, 白胡椒粉和一點香油, 好好喝.






我的萬能沾醬, 醬油.香油.醋.蔥花.辣椒.蒜, 甚麼都能沾, 拿起伴蒜泥白肉或沾火鍋料也行喔.
